At Estates Properties Co. B.S.C is a real investment company set up in November 2009 with the purpose of developing, managing and structuring real estate investments. The company serves different types of real estate customers – namely “Tenants” and “Investors” – with 360 degree solutions, products and services adhering to the highest quality. 

 

Projects: At present, the company is focused on the development of the Casa Grande Project in Janabiyah-Bahrain with the plan of constructing 14 high-end but affordable and modernized housing Villas. The land purchase for this real estate project is almost through with the construction set to launch in late 2014. The company is actively seeking for high end investors and to be the strategic partners for these projects.
