United Guar

United Guar LLC is a guar gum manufacturer, headquartered in the United States, with international production facilities in Pakistan.   We serve customers primarily in the oil & gas industry, where our products are used as a thickener for hydraulic fracturing. 

 

We are a venture-backed company.  Our investors include Tim Draper (the legendary Silicon Valley investor), IDG Capital (one of China's leading venture capital firms), and Augustus Ltd (the family investment office of Baron Lorne Thyssen Bornemisza).

 

United Guar understands the needs of guar gum customers better than anybody else. We work with our customers in mitigating long-term sourcing risks, and managing their supply chains. We have control over the complete supply chain from farm to our customers.
